Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment we require an $85 Mobilization Fee. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: "Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our technician arrives and is unable to access the property, the $85 Mobilization Fee will be retained as a 'No-Show Fee' to compensate our specialist for their travel and reserved time."
